These are not your average "cookie cutter," plans.  They are designed with YOU in mind, (i.e., your time constraints, your level of fitness, etc)!

nutritional guidance, overall fitness/weight loss, running (5K to full marathon), triathlon, triathlon transition practice, pilates...

NEW!

Half marathon "boost" program

This is integrated along with the beginner half marathon program and the full marathon program. It is designed to give the repeat half marathoner a different training regimen in order to help the athlete significantly improve her performance.

Summer, 2009

New half marathon, marathon boost and full marathon summer program.  Registration is due by May 15th.
