Nutrition Consultations
A nutrition consultation will provide you with simple ways you can adapt your eating to increase overall health and fitness while keeping YOUR lifestyle in mind. No two people have the same daily life. Each of us struggles with making healthy choices as we are always hitting the ground running with our own unique activities.
When you sign up for a nutrition consultation appointment, you will need to keep a detailed food diary for 5 days. An e mail will be sent to you with information on what details to record. After submitting the food diary, an individualized report will be created for you. It doesn’t get any easier, or more affordable, to make such an important change for your well-being.
Among the things your report will include:
Simple food substitutions to cut calories, fat and sugar from your diet
Healthy foods you can take on the run that meet your needs
Desserts that are sinfully delicious but not sinful (specific to your cravings)
Recipes to get you started on your journey to healthy eating
