Pilates Classes and Pilates Parties
Are you interested in improving your core strength, balance and flexibility while getting rid of that tummy at the same time? Pilates is based on principles of dance and it is designed to lengthen your body. People often report they feel taller and notice a decrease in their belly fat after only 3 weeks if they practice it correctly and regularly.
 
Drive is offering Pilates classes and “Pilates Parties”. Class offerings will be available on this site under calendar of events. Check often!
Pilates parties will be offered on an availability basis. If you would like to have a small Pilates class in your home (4 or more participants) while getting your class for free, a Pilates party might be for you! Drive will provide the mats. Imagine having a group of your girlfriends, family, church members, etc over to your home just to get fit. You could even go with your girlfriends to dinner afterward and make it a girl’s night out!

Ballet for the Core and Ballet for the Core parties
This class has been designed exclusively by Drive Coaching to offer participants a way to achieve a longer and leaner body while increasing flexibility, core strength and gracefulness! Lifting weights often leads to bulky muscles. Become strong and LEAN!
 
Similar to Pilates, Drive will offer ballet for the core classes and ballet for the core parties! Book your party now and get introduced to this beautiful way of getting fit – and looking beautiful while doing so!
